• Oversee financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and month‑end/year‑end close processes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and executive‑level dashboards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide strategic business decisions.
• Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Drive process improvements, ERP optimization, and system integrations for efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct profitability and performance analyses across product lines, customer segments, and business units.
• Mentor and lead finance team members, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support organizational objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred;
  Master’s or MBA a plus.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 3–5 years in a Controller or senior finance leadership role.
• Experience with e‑commerce, retail, or inventory‑based businesses is highly desirable; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Net Suite, Quick Books Enterprise, SAP) and e‑commerce/inventory management platforms.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and business intelligence/reporting tool skills.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations, with a proven track record in compliance and risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, project management, and communication skills for executive reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote environment aligned with Central Time business hours.
