A growing and forward‑thinking UK wholesale organisation is undergoing a major transformation, and we’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to play a key role in shaping the future of the business. In this role, you’ll sit at the centre of performance management — helping ensure the business invests wisely, stays on track, and makes decisions grounded in solid financial analysis.
What you’ll do- Support the coordination and delivery of budgets and forecasts
- Manage the rolling forecast cycle, providing clear commentary and insight
- Contribute to monthly performance reviews and track key business initiatives
- Develop insightful reporting to help teams understand and manage costs
- Support strategic planning and alignment across the organisation
- Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions where needed
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across finance and the wider business
We’re looking for someone with:
- A recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) — or actively studying towards one
- Experience in FP&A, financial planning, reporting, or business partnering
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insight
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, collaborative, and inquisitive mindset
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems or planning tools
