In this role, you’ll sit at the centre of performance management — helping ensure the business invests wisely, stays on track, and makes decisions grounded in solid financial analysis.

• Support the coordination and delivery of budgets and forecasts
• Manage the rolling forecast cycle, providing clear commentary and insight
• Contribute to monthly performance reviews and track key business initiatives
• Develop insightful reporting to help teams understand and manage costs
• Support strategic planning and alignment across the organisation
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions where needed
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across finance and the wider business

We’re looking for someone with:

• A recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) — or actively studying towards one
• Experience in FP&A, financial planning, reporting, or business partnering
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insight
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
• A proactive, collaborative, and inquisitive mindset
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems or planning tools
