BOAs team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.

As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Support & Development

Role Requirements
  • Client Service:
    Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal team members.
  • Account Management:
    Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
    Work independently under the financial advisor’s direction. Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, and execute the branch business plan.
