Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and financial best practices while working closely with internal teams, customers, and systems to maintain efficiency and accuracy in AR processing.

• Oversee customer payment application and other critical financial processes.
• Manage incoming payments.
• Process, record, and post customer payments via checks, ACH, credit cards, and wire transfers.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain updated customer files, contact information, and account statuses.
• Display strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional communication with customers.

• Provide professionalism and exceptional customer service during all interactions for AR and payment processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
• Ensure regular and sustained attendance.
• Meet performance expectations and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned in AR and other accounting department functions.

• Previous accounts receivable experience or relevant educational experience.
• Experience with payment processing and customer dispute resolution preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at Eastern's corporate home office; some remote days may be offered after training.
