This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Columbia, SC, with some work from home acceptable. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage and refinancing needs, evaluating and approving loans, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards. The role involves daily collaboration with underwriters, clients, and other team members to facilitate smooth loan processing.
Qualifications- Proficient in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting
- Experience and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client interaction
- Licensed and experienced Loan Officers
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with financial regulations and compliance
