The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.

You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Support & Development- Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer to mentor you

Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal team members. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
