Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be the first voice clients hear and the trusted resource they rely on. You’ll provide seamless support to our financial advisors and clients, helping them achieve long‑term financial goals while fostering a positive client experience.

Minimum: $21.38 per hour

- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve issues and build strong relationships with clients and referral sources. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently under the advisor’s direction; schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute the branch business plan. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm software.
