This is a full‑time remote position for a Visionary Loan Originator role. Responsibilities include building client relationships, identifying customer financing needs, and guiding them through the loan origination process. The role requires evaluating borrower eligibility, collaborating with underwriting teams, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Regular communication and the provision of superior service are essential to this role.
Qualifications- Loan Origination and Loans experience with proven track record in originating diverse loan products
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage processes and Underwriting to ensure successful loan approvals and compliance
- Financial competence in handling client consultations and recommending tailored loan options
- Excellent communication skills to maintain relationships and effectively guide clients
- Self‑motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work remotely and independently
- Strong problem‑solving and customer service abilities
- NMLS and state license requirements expected
- Previous experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is an advantage
