• Audit and resolve retirement pension account data to ensure accurate benefit payments
• Review and analyze retirement accounts for compliance with governing standards
• Coordinate the reconciliation of account data by gathering information from member employers
• Manage and track the progress of 15 to 20 work items, prioritizing activities to meet deadlines
• Engage with co-workers to collaboratively resolve problems and ensure data accuracy

• One year of experience researching or reconciling accounts AND explaining rules, programs, or procedures, OR
• One year of calculating payment amounts AND explaining rules, programs, or procedures, OR
• 12 quarter (8 semester) college-level credit hours in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Ability to read and follow procedures accurately
• Proficient communication skills via email and Microsoft Teams

• Experience in a customer service role or working with financial data
• Familiarity with public employee retirement systems or similar programs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience working in a remote team environment
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback professionally
