Job Description:

The client is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a private equity-backed manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with private equity stakeholders, mergers and acquisitions, and high-growth environments. Responsibilities include leading the finance and accounting teams, strategic financial planning, and overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The CFO will play a crucial role in advising on growth strategies, risk management, and capital structure optimization.

Key qualifications for this role include a proven track record as a CFO in private equity-backed or fast-paced environments, exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. A deep understanding of manufacturing operations and cost accounting is essential. A CPA or MBA is strongly preferred. The candidate should have experience in implementing robust financial controls and systems to support scaling operations, with strong analytical skills for decision-making support.
