*** As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you’ll grow and manage a portfolio of middle market commercial clients while deepening relationships across the market. You’ll partner closely with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and drive sustainable growth.

* Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate relationships to drive loan, deposit, and fee income growth.
* Drive new business development through client referrals, centers of influence, and proactive prospecting.
* Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions across Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Private Banking, and Wealth Management.
* Analyze financial information to structure sound credit solutions aligned with client needs and bank risk standards.
* Ensure portfolio compliance with credit policy, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
* Present credit recommendations and participate in the loan approval process alongside portfolio partners.
* Build community presence by participating in business and community organizations to expand referral networks.### ## What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
* 8+ years of commercial banking or B2B sales experience
* Strong credit analysis skills and proven client relationship management success
* Experience with non‐borrowing products and complex commercial relationship
