Remote Finance Operations Director

We are currently looking for a Director of Finance - REMOTE. This role is crucial for maintaining both short- and long-term revenue forecasting, partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to optimize pricing and packaging strategies. The Director will influence the long-term vision of the business by leading a team responsible for pricing-related activities, ensuring that our strategies align with market opportunities.

Strong interpersonal relationships will be essential in this role to foster effective business processes and transparency. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of client needs and the eMoney platform's capabilities.

• Maintain short and long-term revenue forecasting.
• Deliver timely, decision-ready revenue insights.
• Lead tactical and strategic pricing activities.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for pricing strategies.
• Maintain and improve an efficient operating model.
• Develop detailed financial models to highlight key metrics.
• Support pricing strategies for new and existing clients.
• Monitor industry trends for pricing recommendations.
• Partner with Product Marketing for pricing research.
• Provide analysis to senior leadership on pricing models.
• Establish project plans for pricing & retention projects.
• Mentor team members to enhance performance.
• Support deal execution with quota impact analysis.
• Prepare high-quality documents and presentations.
• Manage governance processes for pricing decisions.
• Support strategy and business case development.
• Lead research & analysis projects with Marketing.
• Identify actionable insights for senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in high-growth companies.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Excellent financial modeling skills.
• Experience in SaaS and Fin Tech is a plus.
• MBA degree is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of financial analysis tools and procedures.
• Strong strategic thinking and collaborative skills.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to partner effectively with various teams.

• Competitive salary range of $163,000 - $200,000 based on experience.
