As a Business Analyst Intern at Upskills you will be at the forefront of analyzing and optimizing business processes for our clients in the financial markets industry. Your role will involve working closely with our financial institution clients and not limited to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, translating them into clear and actionable business requirements.
• Write specifications and documentation.
• Implement solutions through Murex tools.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Finance, Risk Management and IT Development to support collaborative efforts and achieve common goals.

Passion for Innovation: A burning curiosity and a relentless drive to innovate and challenge the status quo.

Creative Problem‑Solving: Exceptional problem‑solving skills coupled with a knack for thinking outside the box and turning ideas into reality.

Tech Savvy: A strong interest in technology and proficiency in programming languages, data analytics, machine learning, or other relevant domains is a plus.

Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.

Programming

Skills:

Proficiency in basic programming languages such as C++ and/or Python, as well as familiarity with SQL. Knowledge of XML and XSLT is a plus.

Eager to Learn :
Enthusiastic about gaining insights into financial products, processes, and how global markets operate.

Duration:

This six‑month internship may be extended or converted into a full‑time role based on performance and mutual agreement.
