This is a full-time hybrid position for a Senior Accounts Manager, based in Inverness with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Senior Accounts Manager will oversee the financial accounts and provide strategic insights to improve business performance. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing financial statements, conducting analyses, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with various departments to achieve financial objectives.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, account management, and compliance with accounting standards
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities, including training and mentoring staff
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
• Experience in tax planning, auditing, and budget management is advantageous
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, or equivalent professional certification
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential
