Finance Business Partner

We’re partnering with a fast-growing UK full-fibre broadband provider currently in a major growth phase. Reporting directly to the CFO, this Senior Finance Business Partner role offers high visibility and real influence across the business.

This is a great opportunity for a strong Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner looking to step into a broader commercial role with ownership of planning, forecasting and business performance insight.

You will act as a key finance partner to operational and commercial stakeholders, helping drive performance through financial insight and strategic support.

• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
• Owning monthly business reviews and performance analysis
• Delivering commercial insight to senior stakeholders
• Building financial models and scenario analysis
• Supporting investment decisions and business cases
• Improving reporting and dashboards (Power BI)
• Mentoring and developing a junior Finance Business Partner

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA
• Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication ability

• Power BI or data visualisation tools
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
• Background working with large enterprises, MSPs, or complex organisations
