REMOTE - Reports to CEO - Manages 4 Direct Reports - Full-Time
Job SummaryWe are hiring a hands-on finance leader to bring control, visibility, and accountability to a fast-growing business. This role is ideal for a builder who can clean up complexity, run a disciplined finance function, and grow into a CFO-caliber operator over time.
About iPromoiPromo is a fast-growing promotional products and branded merchandise company helping organizations create memorable brand experiences through custom merchandise, company stores, corporate gifts, and large-scale branded programs. We are fully remote, move fast, care deeply, and are building with modern systems, AI, and a high-performance mindset.
Role SummaryThis is not a maintenance role. We need a Director of Finance who can step into a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and create order out of complexity. The right person is both strategic and highly execution-oriented: someone who can think like a future CFO while also rolling up their sleeves to fix broken processes, tighten controls, and drive accountability across cash flow, AR, AP, close, reporting, commissions, tax, and forecasting.
