This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ogden, UT, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Producing Branch Manager/Loan Officer, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, leading and mentoring loan officers, and driving loan originations. Key day-to-day responsibilities include building client relationships, reviewing loan applications, analyzing financial data for underwriting, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
The role also involves collaborating with industry professionals to achieve sales goals and implement effective strategies for branch growth.
- Strong expertise in Loan Officers and Loan Origination processes
- Solid background in Finance and proficiency in financial analysis
- Experience in Underwriting and evaluating loan applications
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to maintain client relationships
- Proven leadership abilities to manage and mentor a team effectively
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Active NMLS license and compliance with applicable licensing requirements
- Prior experience in the mortgage or banking industry is highly valued
