The finance environmentYou’ll join a collaborative Finance team that plays a key role in supporting operational performance and strategic decision making across the business.
The role offers:
- Ownership of key month‑end processes and management reporting
- Exposure to both UK and Republic of Ireland financial reporting

This role is about strengthening financial control while improving the way information is produced and shared.
The roleAs a Management Accountant, you’ll:
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts with supporting working papers
- Take ownership of key month‑end processes and ensure deadlines are met
- Support year‑end activities, statutory audit requirements, and external reporting
- Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
- Maintain strong balance sheet control through reconciliation and reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve finance processes
- Develop and enhance financial reporting using tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI
- Create clear, visually engaging dashboards and reports that support business decision making
- Standardise templates and improve data flows across the Finance function
- Build strong relationships across departments and provide constructive financial insight
You’ll also contribute to wider finance transformation initiatives as we continue to modernise systems and reporting capabilities.

- Experience preparing management accounts and owning month‑end processes
- Strong Excel skills including Power Query, Power Pivot and complex formulas
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse financial data and present insights clearly
- Confidence working with financial systems and improving reporting processes
- Experience driving continuous improvement within finance processes
- Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
