Salary: £32,548 per annum + competitive bonus scheme Uncapped.

We are a specialist lender providing bespoke secured lending solutions to UK homeowners.

As a Secured Loan Processor, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end processing of secured loan applications. You will ensure applications are packaged accurately, processed efficiently, and progressed smoothly through underwriting and completion while maintaining regulatory compliance and excellent service to brokers and customers.

• Process secured loan applications from initial submission through to completion.
• Review documentation to ensure applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with underwriters to progress applications and resolve any outstanding requirements.
• Request and review supporting documentation including income verification, credit reports, and property details.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems throughout the application lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with brokers, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely progression of cases.
• Monitor case pipelines to meet service level agreements and completion targets.
• Ensure all processes adhere to relevant financial regulations and company policies.

• Ideally you will have secured lending, second charge mortgages, IVA or motor finance experience
• Have worked in Fast paced environments that have Individual performance and quality targets and KPIs to achieve

Hybrid working available after successful completion of the 6-month probation period. Up to 2 days per week remote working. Weekend work may be required towards month end.
