This is a full-time hybrid role as a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Salt Lake City, UT. The role includes responsibilities such as originating residential mortgage loans, guiding clients through the mortgage process, evaluating loan applications, and working with underwriting teams to ensure compliance and accuracy. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be customer-focused, delivering excellent service while meeting or exceeding loan origination goals.
While the role is based in Salt Lake City, this position allows for partial work-from-home arrangements.
- Background in the mortgage industry with experience in mortgage lending and underwriting
- Proficiency in customer service and client relationship management
- Knowledge of financial principles and loan processing
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with loan officer roles or financial services is a plus
- Relevant certifications or licensing in mortgage lending or financial services is advantageous
