• Lead complex financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Develop comprehensive financial plans and operational expense budgets for the Commercial Lines division
• Communicate data-driven insights into forecasts and plans to inform performance management
• Manage reporting for the Board of Directors, including analyses of P&L and operational expenses
• Drive FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and improve efficiency across the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of related professional experience, including 5+ years supporting FP&A/Treasury functions
• Advanced analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cash forecasting
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to build trust with business leaders

• Postgraduate coursework in a relevant field
• Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Oracle or other EPM systems
• Understanding of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills
