Sr Analyst-Financial Analysis

• Support monthly financial analysis activities by assembling financial and operational statistics
• Analyze financial reports and prepare variance explanations comparing actual results to budgeted results
• Develop preliminary business cases and create economic/financial models for complex business decisions
• Assist with special analyses to support strategic decisions regarding products and operational initiatives
• Provide financial analyses and guidance to various vice presidents to facilitate data‑driven decision‑making

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) OR 4+ years of professional work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a corporate setting
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and financial systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
• Proficiency in personal computer applications, especially Excel, and mid‑level skills in Word and Power Point
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business‑related field
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to handle change effectively
• Commitment to accuracy, completeness, and process improvement
• Desire for continual learning through professional development or certifications
