- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to build credibility with business leaders
- Postgraduate coursework in a related field
- Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with Oracle software
- Knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
