Accounts Receivable Processor

Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc., a leading provider of industrial products and solutions, is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our Accounts Receivable team in Greenville, SC as a full‑time Accounts Receivable Processor. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and financial best practices while working closely with internal teams, customers, and systems to maintain efficiency and accuracy in our AR processing.

Responsible for overseeing customer payment application and other critical financial processes. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage incoming payments
• Payment processing, recording and posting customer payments via checks, ACH, credit cards, and wire transfers
• Dispute resolution: investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and customer inquiries
• Data management: maintain updated customer files, contact information, account statuses
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional communication with customers

Ensure professionalism and exceptional customer service during all interactions for our AR and payment processing. Demonstrate and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Regular and sustained attendance. Adhere to Associate Handbook and other relevant Company policies and procedures. Achieve performance expectations and deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned in AR and other accounting department functions.

• Previous accounts receivable experience or relevant educational experience
• Experience with payment processing and customer dispute resolution is preferred
• Ability to work onsite at Eastern's corporate home office; remote days may be offered after an extended training period.
