This is a hybrid role for a Protection Adviser based in London, allowing a combination of remote work and on-site responsibilities. The Protection Adviser will provide expert advice on protection products to clients, ensuring their financial security. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, recommending suitable insurance solutions, explaining complex products in a clear and concise manner, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves staying updated on industry regulations and managing compliance requirements.

• Knowledge of protection products, insurance services, and compliance requirements within the UK financial regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, with a consultative approach to understanding client needs.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to analyze client situations holistically.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment.
• Experience with in the mortgage or financial services sector is a plus.
• Relevant qualifications such as CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent are advantageous.
