You’ll work closely with the Finance Director across all aspects of monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, MI, cashflow and operational finance – all within a genuinely flexible, remote‑first environment.

• Monthly management accounts
• Budgeting, forecasting & modelling
• Cashflow reporting and analysis
• MI pack development for senior leadership

• Improving processes, reporting and financial controls

• Part-Qualified / Newly Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) OR strong QBE
• Solid technical reporting and management accounts experience
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
• Experience with Xero (essential), SAGE or Net Suite or similar
• Strong communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote role
