Interim M&A Associate - SC

Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a high‑calibre, rapidly growing organisation, to appoint an Interim M&A Associate. This is an opportunity for a qualified accountant from a Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence background to move into a commercially focused M&A role with direct exposure to deal execution, valuation and private‑equity backed growth.

The role will initially be based in Bath (3 days per week on‑site), with flexibility to work from home the remaining days. There will be the option to transition into a London office later in the contract.

• Performing buy‑side and sell‑side Financial Due Diligence across live M&A transactions
• Producing Quality of Earnings, Net Debt and Working Capital analyses to support valuation and pricing
• Building and reviewing financial models and data models to assess target performance, risks and deal economics
• Working closely with internal stakeholders across M&A, finance, strategy and operations to support deal execution and integration planning

• ACA, CA or CPA qualification
• A background in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence
• Hands‑on experience across multiple live M&A transactions (buy‑side and/or sell‑side)
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills (Advanced Excel essential; Power BI, Alteryx or similar advantageous)
