Plant Business Finance Analyst

Schneider Electric has an onsite opportunity (5 days a week) for a Plant Business Finance Analyst in Lexington, KY.

The role requires an on-site, in-plant presence – remote work will be allowed situationally and on an as needed basis.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop within Schneider Electric’s dynamic and global organization.

• Month End Close Activities
• Quarterly Financial Forecast
• High quality data analysis
• Preparation of Annual & Monthly financial reports
• Monthly Performance review with Plant Manager
• Lead Annual Physical Inventory
• Support for Internal & External Audits
• Participating in special projects and ad hoc financial requests

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
• 2+ years of Business Finance Analysis background in manufacturing
• Well-developed IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong analytical skills, work ethic, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and overall positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while under pressure
• Customer service-orientation

• SAP Knowledge
• Power BI
• Business intelligence Knowledge
