• Prepare and review loan documentation to ensure compliance with approval terms and conditions
• Analyze proposed loans and modify loan structures as needed to mitigate risk and loss
• Ensure adherence to commercial credit policy and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to address issues discovered during file reviews
• Assist with loan funding and quality control reviews post-loan boarding

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in loan documentation
• Successful completion of High School curriculum; an Associate's degree is preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending requirements and applicable laws
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience with commercial real estate and commercial and industrial lending
• Proven ability to cultivate partnerships across the organization
• Familiarity with automated loan origination systems and Microsoft Office programs
