Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant (3-6 Month Contract) - Aerospace Sector Fareham - Hybrid £400 - £450 per day (umbrella) A leading organisation within the aerospace sector has an immediate requirement for a fully qualified Financial Accountant to join the team on a 3-6-month contract.

This role offers a blend of on-site collaboration and home working, with 3 days per week based in Whiteley and 2 days from home. Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities Prepare annual reports and statutory accounts in line with IFRS Support month-end and year-end reporting activities Liaise with external auditors and provide required documentation Ensure accuracy and compliance across financial statements Assist with technical accounting queries and process improvements Requirements Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Strong experience producing statutory accounts under IFRS Background in financial reporting within complex organisations Confident working with auditors and senior stakeholders High attention to detail and ability to work independently This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected aerospace business and provide vital support during a busy reporting period.
