- Partner with senior business leaders to support strategic decision‑making in the Commercial Lines division
- Lead the quarterly forecasting and planning process, developing comprehensive financial plans and operational budgets
- Communicate data‑driven insights to inform performance management and strategic priorities
- Support FP&A transformation initiatives by enhancing insights and improving processes
- Conduct complex analyses of the Commercial Lines P&L, Balance Sheet, and operational expenses for management and Board reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of related professional experience, including at least 5 years supporting FP&A/Treasury functions
- Advanced analytical skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions
- Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components and their interrelationships
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to build trust with business leaders
- Postgraduate coursework in a relevant field
- Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar systems
- Understanding of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
