Financial Consultant - Commercial Lines; Remote

• Lead complex financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making

• Manage quarterly forecasting and planning processes for the Commercial Lines division
• Prepare management and Board of Directors reporting, including detailed financial analyses
• Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and improve efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years of related professional experience, including 5+ years supporting FP&A/Treasury functions
• Advanced analytical skills for problem identification and solution development
• Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with business leaders

• Postgraduate coursework in a related field
• Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Oracle systems
• Understanding of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Strong business writing skills and advanced organizational skills
