• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
• Maintain general ledger and balance sheet integrity
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards
• Support audits and statutory reporting requirements
• Collaborate with finance and senior leadership teams
