Hiring Minimum: $21.38

Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Resolve issues and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams. - Account Management:
Learn the financial services industry, handle account opening, transfers, and other requests, process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently under the advisor’s direction, schedule appointments, prepare client meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, and execute the branch business plan. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
