Financial Analyst

This is a Dallas based remote position; applicants must live in the Dallas area with the ability to come on-site ad-hoc and as needed.

The Finance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity, operational discipline, and forward-looking insight necessary to support a high-growth, fast-paced organization. This individual serves as a hands‑on steward of the Company’s financial infrastructure, owning day-to-day accounting accuracy while translating financial data into actionable business intelligence for leadership.

Operating within an accrual-based environment, the Finance Analyst maintains precise financial records in Net Suite, oversees Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations, and drives the monthly close process with rigor and accountability. Beyond transactional excellence, this role provides meaningful variance analysis, revenue recognition support, and scenario‑based forecasting to inform strategic decision‑making.

• Maintain accurate financial records through day‑to‑day Net Suite journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management in accordance with accrual accounting principles.
• Own Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations, including invoicing, collections support, vendor payments, and balance reconciliations.
• Execute the monthly close process, including accruals, prepaid expenses, revenue recognition support, and variance analysis between actuals and expectations.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasting and budgeting models, supporting management with forward‑looking insights and scenario analysis.
• Analyze and explain financial statements, demonstrating a clear understanding of income statement vs. balance sheet drivers, cash flow implications, and period‑over‑period trends.

• 2+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Direct experience with Net Suite ERP.
• Strong working knowledge of accrual accounting principles.
• Experience managing AR/AP cycles and supporting monthly close processes.
• Medium - Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling strongly preferred.
• Industry experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmacy is strongly preferred but not required.
