This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, located in Greater Boston, with some work from home acceptable. The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for originating mortgage loans, assisting with the mortgage lending process, performing underwriting tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day activities include evaluating loan applications, ensuring compliance with lending standards, guiding clients through the loan process, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
Qualifications- Experience with Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Industry, and Loan Officers
- Strong skills in Underwriting and understanding of mortgage lending compliance
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field is beneficial
- Proficiency with mortgage lending software and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
