This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for remote work. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing borrower eligibility, guiding clients through the loan application process, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial information, collaborating with underwriting teams, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless borrowing experience.
Qualifications- Experience in Mortgage Lending, including loan origination and portfolio management
- Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Skills in Underwriting and evaluating borrower financial profiles
- Strong Customer Service skills, with an ability to build trusting client relationships
- Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a hybrid work environment
- Experience working with a variety of mortgage products is advantageous
- Valid NMLS registered lincense in good standing
