Overview
As an Area Customer Experience Specialist (ACES), you will provide a best-in-class experience to both customers and colleagues, supporting branches within a region during their time of need. You will be a financial concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
You will process customer transactions accurately and efficiently to provide exemplary customer service while educating customers on bank products, services and technology. In addition, you will support branch colleagues to ensure consistent and seamless experiences.
ACES must be adaptable, reliable, and have dependable transportation to travel between local branches. A dedicated centralized leadership team provides consistent coaching and skill development to help progress your career.
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking, including customer transactions, servicing customer needs, and identifying opportunities to advise and guide customers on their financial journey, and referring them to other areas of the bank as needed.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper cash controls and balancing daily.
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
- Educate customers on deposits, loans, and support any service or account maintenance issues.
- Assist customers in optimizing the use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Benefit from NMLS licensing available as part of career development.
- Notary licensing preferred.
- Be dependable and adaptable, traveling to multiple branch locations throughout the week.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service and branch banking experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Cash handling experience.

- Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar roles.
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
