Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial plans for the supply chain, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for accurate financial forecasting.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist in the development of supply chain budgets, working closely with finance and operational teams to establish realistic financial targets.
- Conduct regular forecasting exercises to assess performance against budget and identify areas for improvement.
Cost Analysis and Optimization
- Analyze supply chain costs and identify opportunities for optimization while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and operational teams to implement cost‑saving initiatives and monitor their impact on financial performance.
Financial Reporting
- Generate and deliver regular financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights into supply chain financial performance.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting to support decision‑making processes.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure financial plans align with operational objectives.
- Provide financial insights to support collaborative decision‑making and optimize overall supply chain performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial information to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented and proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- This role requires collaboration, teamwork, and face‑to‑face interaction with colleagues, leaders, and/or clients.
- Being in the office ensures access to leaders, cross‑functional partners, and resources necessary to make timely decisions and drive results.
