You will build on the solid foundation we have by helping to transition processing to our provider, Payworks, which leaves you to focus on the value add of being accessible and focused on employees and managers, owning the quality and controls of the Payworks relationship, and contributing to internal projects and decisions that shape people operations.
This role is for someone who can manage day-to-day payroll with precision while also stepping into the strategic space to support big-picture goals.
What does your success look like?
Payroll is accurate, on time, and trusted; issues are rare and resolved quickly.
The Payworks managed service runs smoothly with clear inputs, approvals, and accountabilities, minimizing rework and delays.

Controls, remittances, and year-end tasks (T4s, ROEs, reconciliations) are completed on schedule with clean, low-risk audit results.
Payroll systems are set up and used to their full capacity, streamlining workflows and reducing manual work.
Employee benefits are facilitated smoothly, with timely enrolments and changes and effective liaison with the provider.
Payroll data and reporting give leaders clear, timely insight so workforce decisions are better informed and proactive.
