Investment Banking Associate

Our client is a distinguished, high-growth investment bank that is seeking a high-caliber Investment Banking Associate to join their premier Healthcare team in Chicago. This role is designed for a driven professional ready to lead transaction teams, mentor junior talent, and execute complex deals within one of the most dynamic sectors of the economy.

As an Associate, you won't just be "running the numbers", you will be a critical pillar of deal execution, managing the day-to-day momentum of M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory mandates.

• Managing the deal process from pitch to close, including complex financial modeling and the creation of high-impact marketing materials.
• Participating directly in client presentations and acting as a primary point of contact during active mandates.
• Serving as a role model and project manager for the Analyst pool, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the highest standard of work quality.
• Expanding your mastery of the healthcare landscape while refining your skills in negotiation, sales, and sophisticated financial analysis.

• At least 2 years of post-undergraduate investment banking or related experience, specifically supporting deals and pitches within the healthcare sector.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and a deep understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams under pressure while maintaining an unwavering commitment to detail and integrity.
• An outstanding academic record and a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
• SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 are required (or must be obtained within 30 days of start).
