• Manage month, quarter, and year-end close processes
• Oversee general ledger functions and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate transaction processing according to standards
• Review and improve existing processes
• Develop and implement internal control policies
• Lead and mentor staff
• Collaborate with various teams on operations and initiatives
• Lead integration of new acquisitions
• Assess and recommend team structures and processes

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 15+ years of accounting experience
• Prior people leadership experience
• Strong full-cycle month-end close experience

• Salary Range: $165,000–$195,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including:

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
