Sr Accountant

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Accountant who combines strong accounting fundamentals with the discipline to run a timely month‑end close and the curiosity to improve processes as we scale. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage and coach a team of three (1 accountant and 2 finance support), maintain daily bank reconciliations, oversee AP/AR, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and inventory (four inventory locations) in Net Suite, and deliver actionable variance analysis to the business.

The work allocation is 60% transactional, 30% close & analysis, and 10% strategic. For the right builder, this is a 24–36 month path to Controller with direct exposure to the owners and founders in a privately owned, operator‑led environment.

• CPA (required) and BS/BA in Accounting (or equivalent).
• 5–7 years progressive accounting experience, including ownership of month‑end close and GL.
• Mastery of US GAAP and advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, nested formulas, basic modeling).
• Net Suite proficiency (or comparable ERP) required; experience in inventory/cost accounting in a manufacturing setting strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated people leadership (work planning/reviews, coaching) and cross‑functional communication with operations.
• Bias for action, detail orientation, accountability, and comfort working directly with owners/founders.
