Job Responsibilities
- Collect corporate actions information from agents, analyse, and notify our clients, ensuring they receive timely and accurate data, with a mindset centred on Risk and Client First focus.
- Liaise and follow up with agents/depositaries to obtain event set‑up that best suits our clients' needs.
- Handle corporate action events with deadlines occurring in a short time frame and ensure a proper follow‑up with depositaries and agents.
- Continuously improve process efficiency and accuracy, striving for world‑class standards.
- Cooperate with internal teams.
- Actively respond to inquiries from the client service team, providing clear and detailed information.
- Willing to learn, to understand the environment (internal and external) in which you operate.
- Meticulous, precise and detail‑oriented.
- Achieved a high level of proficiency in most tasks and processes within the team.
- Skilled at efficiently managing various processes, advancing concerns when needed, and resolving customer or partner concerns in coordination with the team leader.
- Client and delivery focused.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- A great teammate, accustomed to working in fast‑paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Flexible, dynamic, and adaptable to changing environments.
- An articulate communicator.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Technical competencies are a plus.
