Our dynamic financial firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced tax professional to contribute their expertise to our growing firm. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in Tax Review and Client-Facing skills. The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax services, including tax planning and compliance.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Oversee and manage the entire tax process, including planning, preparation, and compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive tax research to ensure the company's compliance with all tax regulations and to identify opportunities for tax savings.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide expert guidance on tax matters to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Stay updated on changing tax laws and regulations, and communicate these changes effectively to the team and clients.
• Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors, maintaining positive relationships and addressing any issues or queries.
• Evaluate the tax impact of company decisions and transactions, providing strategic recommendations as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Active CPA license is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry is required.
• Outstanding client service and communication skills.
• Experience and willingness to coach and mentor others.
• Not industry specific, but more experience with C-Corp and Pass-Through Entity will be helpful.
• Experience with Construction or Manufacturing industries is a plus.
