This is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Pretoria, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Experienced FAIS Compliance Officer will oversee and ensure that clients adhere to regulatory compliance requirements including FAIS, FICA, POPI, and other applicable regulations. Responsibilities include compliance monitoring, conducting evaluations, preparing reports, providing guidance on risk assessments, and delivering advice on regulatory frameworks.

The role also involves assisting clients in achieving and maintaining their compliance goals through tailored solutions and support.

• Proficiency in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance practices is required for ensuring clients remain compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess risks, interpret regulations, and identify improvements for compliance processes.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and provide clear, actionable compliance advice.
• Knowledge and experience in finance to support compliance in a financial services environment.
• Good knowledge of FAIS, FICA, POPI, and NCA regulations is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as law, finance, or business management is preferable.
• Proven experience in a compliance or related role in the financial services sector is highly advantageous.
