• Lead complex financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Develop financial models and provide actionable insights for business growth
• Oversee quarterly forecasting and planning processes for the Commercial Lines division
• Communicate data-driven insights to inform management and Board of Directors reporting
• Support transformation initiatives to enhance financial planning processes and tools

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years in FP&A or Treasury functions
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their interrelationships, particularly Balance Sheet reporting
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills for effective collaboration with business leaders

• Postgraduate coursework in a relevant field
• Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Oracle or other Enterprise Performance Management systems
• Knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Strong business writing and organizational skills
