Overview
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our clients and financial professionals. This dynamic role offers the perfect balance of client‑facing interaction and behind‑the‑scenes problem‑solving. Key Deliverables And Responsibilities What You’ll do- Schedule impactful meetings with financial professionals to ensure efficient collaboration.
- Communicate effectively through email, phone, and in‑person interactions, building strong relationships along the way.
- Manage multiple systems and stay on top of billed hours with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions that make a difference.
The ideal candidate would possess an entry level of experience, typically around 1-2+ years of experience in administrative and/or support roles. Financial Industry Experience is a plus.
LocationPhoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA – Hybrid in‑office 3x/week
Salary Range$19.00 - 21.00/hour
