• Lead complex financial and operational analyses to drive strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop comprehensive financial plans and operational expense budgets
• Communicate data‑driven insights into forecasts and plans for performance management
• Oversee management and Board of Directors reporting, including analyses of the Commercial Lines P&L and Balance Sheet
• Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and improve efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of related professional experience, including 5+ years supporting FP&A/Treasury functions
• Advanced analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions
• Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components and their interrelationship
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to build trust with business leaders and facilitate decision‑making

• Postgraduate coursework is a plus
• Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Oracle is preferred
• Understanding of insurance industry trends, regulatory requirements, and business practices
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills
