Treasury Analyst

• Monitor and report on all cash management activities across the organization
• Ensure timely and accurate cash processing, reconciliation, and reporting
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial partners to support efficient cash movement
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Corporate Accounting & Operations, Philanthropy, and Planned Giving
• Assist in cash positioning, funding, and forecasting across multiple legal entities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash management or a retail banking environment
• Understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, cash investments, and bank account administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• CTP certification (Certified Treasury Professional)
